FogPods are new and innovative devices that disperse micro water particles in the form of fog, that are smaller than the pores of your skin.This process is achieved by fluid atomisation in our unique FogPods. The result is a fog that is capable of penetrating the surfaces deeper and more effectively than traditional sprays. By using specialist micro solution dispersal, we have combined creativity with practicality to give you the most efficient method of conducting everyday tasks.

From sanitisation to skincare FogPod® have you covered. We offer both portable and stationary FogPods®, including the FogPod® Motion, the FogPod® Mini and the FogPod® Pro range.
Battery run time is different for every device. Please see the individual device specifications in the product description.
Yes, the FogPods are all safe to use.
All of our devices are compliant with all health and safety regulations and have been both quality assured against commercial standards.

Our FogPods disperse solutions as micro particles, which allows greater coverage with less.
Fogging is the most effective method of dispersing liquid and has primarily been used on a commercial basis. FogPod has designed portable and easy to use devices, so that this method can be used by everyone, without extensive training.
Although the devices hold solutions in them, we do not recommend submerging or using your FogPod in wet conditions.

If you need to make a change to the billing address, delivery address and contact number please let us know as soon as you can. If we haven’t shipped your order and we’re not in a high-demand period, we will do our best to make the changes. Unfortunately, we’re unable to change the items within your order.
Yes you can. As with every product, continuous use can take its toll on the longevity of devices.
To help ensure your device consistently works to its best ability, it is recommended that you flush through the device with water as often as possible.
This is simply done by removing your chosen solution and putting water into the tank and fogging with water for 30 seconds.
Below are some tips to also help keep your device healthy:
- Clean device as often as possible
- Do not throw or drop your device
- Do not submerge in water
- It is recommended to use FogPod solutions or solutions we recommend

We are able to ship globally. simply choose your location at checkout.
Think your order might be lost in transit? Although we are confident in our couriers, sometimes life happens and they aren’t able to deliver within this timeframe. When this is the case, your tracking number may update to advise of a ‘delayed’ delivery date.
If your item still hasn’t been delivered within 7 days, please contact us and we can launch an investigation.
*Please note: Once we pass your order over to our courier, your package is with a different provider. We completely understand delays are frustrating, however once your order is with the courier, any issues need to be investigated by our courier. We are able to contact them on your behalf to resolve any issues. Please be assured, we will always do our best to get the issue sorted as quickly as possible for you.
Have a special someone who you think needs a FogPod in their life (or just trying to earn some major brownie points)? An FogPod is the perfect addition to anyones collection! You can ship a FogPod/s directly to that lucky person by entering their address as the shipping address, and your own as the billing address. All FogPods come boxed and packaged, plus we don’t include any value invoices inside the bag as any receipts are sent directly to your own email address.
*Please note: Due to the fact we use external fulfilment partners, we are unable to include messages in the package.
Deliveries are usually received within 3 working days and we aim to dispatch your products as soon as possible. Please note that FogPod™ uses external curriers, so please allow room for delays in their transit times. Full tracking information is given upon the purchase of your goods.
Please contact us and we will happily resolve this with you. While we take care to ensure accuracy, from time to time we get it wrong. If you believe your order is incorrect, please contact us.
If you believe your parcel has been lost please contact a member of our team immediately and we will investigate your claim further.
Returns and exchanges
Information regarding returns and exchanges.
You can certainly return your FogPod to us for a full refund, provided it is returned within 30 days.
*Please note: all FogPods must be returned in as new condition, without being used, in original box and with all original content (inc. cables and manuals).
Please contact us via our Contact Us page, or email directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive your free returns label. For any support regarding returns please do not hesitate to call us and a member of our team will be able to help you through the process.
We know the drill – you’ve been needing to return it, but life gets in the way.
We are happy to help you return that one, and offer a 30 day return period for you to make that tough decision. Please refer to our returns policy for more information.
No, we’ve got you covered.. All returns (for both refunds and exchanges) within the UK will be covered with free collection that we are happy to organise for you, which means no expenses at the post office! Just contact our team at email@example.com and they will be able to help you to the best of their abilities.
It is important that you’re happy with the items you’ve purchased from FogPod™. If your item is faulty, it may be returned to us. If goods are faulty, they may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days or receiving your order, provided they are unopened and unused. Please note postage is free for returned items and can be arranged by contacting our support team. FogPod™ will strictly not accept returns for open or used items, unless the item is faulty. We will not provide a refund if you change your mind so please select your items carefully.
We’re sad to see you go! Should you receive a refund for your order, you will receive an email confirming this has been processed from our end. From there, it will take 2-5 business days to process into your account, depending on your bank. If it takes any longer than this, we would recommend contacting your bank or merchant (Laybuy, Klarna) directly.

Your privacy and security is our highest priority. We use Shopify Payments which is an extremely secure and highly encrypted system designed to protect customers and also hold merchants accountable.

We accept the good old-fashioned methods of payment, such as credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) as well as debit cards that can be used for online transactions.
If you’re a bit more tech-savvy, we also offer GooglePay and ApplePay too!
Need a little longer to pay for your FogPod order? We offer Laybuy and Klarna payment plans for UK customers only.

Something not quite right with your order? Don’t worry, our FogPod team is ready to spring into action! Please contact us so that we can advise on the issue. To help resolve things quickly we request you include photos so we can help identify what has happened.
These things happen, please don't worry.
Please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL and we will do our absolute best to carry out your request. If it has already been dispatched from our fulfilment partner you will need to go through our returns process.
As we do our best to get your orders out to you as soon as we can, occasionally an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.
