It is important that you’re happy with the items you’ve purchased from FogPod®.
If your item is faulty, it may be returned to us. If goods are faulty, they may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days or receiving your order, provided they are unused, as in new condition, with all original packaging and contents.
Please note postage is free for returned items and can be arranged by contacting our support team. FogPod® will strictly not accept returns for open or used items, unless the item is faulty. We will not provide a refund if you have used the device or any signs of wear can be seen.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start the return process, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will arrange collection of your package so that it can be returned to us.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All of our FogPod products come with a 6 month warranty as standard. This means that if your product breaks or becomes unusable at no fault of your own, we will replace your product. Please note that this is only accepted when there is a manufacture fault or issue with your product that falls under an error not associated with the consumer. To uphold your warranty and make a claim please contact us via our contact us form or directly at email@example.com. A member of our team will be able to help you and get your issue resolved as fast as possible.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and take all the necessary steps in fixing these issues.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) and personal care goods such as beauty products and our solutions if they have been opened. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 4-5 working days, to your original purchasing card. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We are always available to assist in any of these matters to the best of our ability. It is important to us that you receive your refund as quick as possible. Because no one likes missing pennies!
