Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be send directly from ParcelForce within 24 hours after selecting tracked shipping and your order has been dispatched.

Deliveries are usually received within 3 working days and we aim to dispatch your products as soon as possible. Please note that FogPod® uses external curriers, so please allow room for delays in their transit times. Full tracking information is given upon the purchase of your goods.

Please note that orders placed after 13:00 on Fridays will be dispatched the following Monday.

If there are any issues with shipping or delays in the delivery of your item/s, then we will contact you immediately and update you with your order progress.

Local delivery

We currently do not offer the option for local delivery. When this delivery option becomes available we will notify all customers within selected radius.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. FogPod® is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email / text notification from us that confirms that your items are in transit.

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days outside of the expected delivery time, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. We will stay in contact and give consistent updates until the issue is resolved.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
